A commemorative saucer only made to mark the victory of the Allies over the Axis powers at the end of World War Two. Depicts President Roosevelt and Prime Minister Winston Churchill with the legend The Champions of Democracy beneath.
Stamped Alfred Meakin England to the underside.

Some manufacturing imperfections to the base, one old 2mm chip to the underside of the rim - possibly also from manufacture - and crazing to the glaze, but no cracks or repairs.

Approximately 6 inches in diameter and weighs 125g.
