Beautifully hand painted scalloped gilded rim and pierced cabinet or display plate by Bishop and Stonier - Bisto - circa 1891 on the basis of the backstamp and the registered design number 187181. In generally good condition - although minor tiny chips to the underside of the rim. No cracks or repairs. Measures approximately 9 inches 23cms in diameter and weighs 400g.
