A handsome Royal Doulton Egyptian pattern jug dating to around 1905, (1902 to 1925). The impressed registered number to the base, (121031), dates to 1889. Sprigged ancient Egyptian decoration to the body of the jug, a pharonic design to the spout and a winged scarab design to the base of the handle. Stands approximately 8.25 inches or 21cms high, and being stoneware, weighs nearly 1Kg.
